7 minute workout..does it work? It’s actually a great back up plan when you don’t have that much time but want to get some workout done. It’s better to have done some than none at all. It should be a workout that goes through the whole body and increases your pulse a bit.
A 7 minute workout is great when you are at home with your baby and don’t have the possibility to go to a gym. Or if your day is absolutely filled with plans and it’s impossible to find the time for a long workout. It’s perfect if you’re travelling or having a day at the playground.
To get your pulse going do the exercises directly after one another and rest 30 seconds once you have done one full repetition. Then you do all the exercises again. Try to keep up the speed and do as many repetitions you can for 7 minutes.
7 min workout
- Do as many squats you can for 30 seconds.
- Sumosquats with armraise. Do as many as you can for 30 seconds.
- Push-ups. Do as many as you can for 30 seconds.
- Do as many as you can for 30 seconds.
- Wallsits with angels. Sit for 30 seconds and go up and down with your arms.
After you have completed these exercises rest for 30 seconds and repeat them. If you feel that you have some extra minutes you can do a couple of more reps of these.
